Creating a Team

Please note that prior to creating your first team you must assign a user the role of Field Supervisor.

  • On the left sidebar select Users
  • Select the tab Teams
  • Click on Add New
  • Create a Team Name
  • Assign Users to the Team (optional)
  • Assign a Field Service Supervisor to the Team
  • Decide whether the Team is Active or Inactive by selecting the Active Box
  • Only Active Teams will show up on the dispatch board
